After months of suspect photos with Robin Thicke partying like a single man and even kissing other women along Paula’s often overly flirtatious behavior in public with her husband present, the couple has finally decided to call it quits.

Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are
ending their longtime marriage.
“We will always love each other and
be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time,”
the singer and the actress told PEOPLE on Monday in an exclusive statement.
The pair, who first met when Thicke
was 14, have been married since 2005 and welcomed son Julian Fuego Thicke in
April 2010.

expressive about his marriage to Patton, 38, gushing, “We’re pretty sure we’ve loved each other for a few lives.”

Was Paula not as unfazed by Robin’s
ladies man antics as she claimed? Or was it Paula’s rumored love of mollies that
was the last straw for Robin? Either way, hopefully they can
keep things amicable for the sake of their 3-year-old son Julian.
